1. Restrictions

   1. SleepEasy WC's services may be used only for lawful purposes. This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of South Africa, as well as the laws of the user’s residing country.
   2. The transmission, distribution or storage of any material on or through our web server or services in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited.
   3. Copyright laws will be strictly adhered to. SleepEasy WC's website may contain licenced content that may not be copied, downloaded or redistributed without consent.  You may not violate intellectual property rights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade name or trade secrets. 
   4. You may not misrepresent yourself, your affiliation with any third party or your entity.
   5. Any misuse of SleepEasy WC's resources that disrupts the normal use or operations of our IT systems is strictly prohibited. You will also be held responsible and liable for any and all damages that result from such abuse. Examples of such abuse include, but are not limited to:
      1. Access or use of SleepEasy's website / services in any manner that may damage, overburden or disable any of our IT infrastructure;
      2. Employing applications that consume excessive CPU time, memory or storage space, spawning many processes that consume resources etc.  
   6. You may NOT link directly to any graphics or part of SleepEasy WC's website.
   7. You may not use any device, process or mechanism to monitor, retrieve, search or access SleepEasy WC's website or any material without our prior written consent. Any attempts to penetrate SleepEasy WC's online, cloud or physical IT security by password filtering, mining hacking etc. will result prosecution and the subsequent notification of the appropriate law-enforcement and government agencies.

   SleepEasy WC is committed to protecting your privacy. We may share information in the course of rendering services. Certain information may be shared to, for example, the residence owners to facilitate successful bookings. SleepEasy WC will never sell personally identifiable information about you or your business to any third party without first receiving your permission. All uses of any personally identifiable information about you or your business will be subject to our Privacy Policy.

   SleepEasy WC and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in:

   SleepEasy WC operates various social media accounts. By accessing, using and interacting with these accounts, you agree to adhere to legal and socially acceptable behavior. Abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to hate speech, xenophobia, foul language, cyberbullying, defamatory, libellous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy. You may NOT use SleepEasy WC's social media accounts to promote any other service, website, product or propaganda.

   SleepEasy WC's social media accounts offer an opportunity for user-generated content which may not be filtered, edited or reviewed before being published. User content does not reflect the views and opinions of SleepEasy WC, our agents and/or affiliates. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, SleepEasy WC shall not be liable for the user content or any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the user content on our social media accounts.
