SleepEasy WC's Booking Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy
Deposit and Payment Terms
A 50% deposit of the rental amount is required to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid two (2) days before check in. Guests are welcome to pay for their stay in instalments. However, the full amount must be paid in full two (2) days before check in. To make use of the instalment option, contact us at [email protected].
Cancellations
100% 30 days before check in.
50% 2 weeks before check in.
0% 1 week before check in.
Rental Terms
The total number of guests in the party may not exceed the property's guest capacity.
The Landlord has the right to inspect the premises. Should guests violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately. Guests shall vacate the premises before the check out date and time.
Guests shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner.
Guests shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the premises be left in a lesser condition. You agree that the Landlord shall deduct costs of said services from the security deposit prior to refund if guests cause damage to the premises or its furnishings.
Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period in the following area: In the bin and supplied black bags.
No animals or pets of any kind will be brought onto the premises.
Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. Guests shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of the rental agreement and guests shall then immediately vacate the premises. Guests shall also lose the deposit. Quiet hour starts at 9 PM when outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
Linen and one bath towel per person will be supplied, and swimming towels to be supplied by guests.
One roll of toilet paper per bathroom is provided and two black bags. Guests shall supply more if needed.
Only legally owned and permitted firearms shall be allowed on the premises according to State and local laws.
Guests shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harbouring fugitives, etc. shall cause termination of the rental agreement with no refund of rents or deposits.
Valuable items left behind by guests will be held for the guest and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for return. If items are not claimed for longer than 3 months they shall become the property of the Landlord. The Landlord shall not be held liable for the condition of said items.
Where DSTV is provided the service level has been chosen by the Landlord. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preferences with regard to DSTV service.
Where WiFi / Internet is provided the service level has been chosen by the Landlord. No refund of rents shall be given for outages or personal preferences with regard to WiFi / Internet services.
Indemnity
Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, or loss. Guests expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss that the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of guests and that guests should purchase their own insurance if such coverage is desired.
Guests expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for transient occupancy of the property and that guests do not intend to make the property a residence or household.
There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions.
